Community outreach offering of education, social planning, and support of activities to community residents freely and openly. it is easier for outreach to occur, especially through social media and advertising campaigns. I AM THE THEY is providing services to any population that might not otherwise have access to those services. A key component of I AM THE THEY is that the group providing it is not stationary, but mobile; in other words, it involves meeting someone in need of an outreach service at the location where they are." I Am The They is a communication model.  We develop a mechanism for our legacy communities, especially seniors, with a long physical presence in  traditionally locales to get information in a timely manner.   It's necessary to be able to engage in programs and events politically and socially such as the census or church functions. I Am The They will restore the favored communication of seniors; in person interaction.  I Am The They is an affirmative action plan that we can do for ourselves.
